1, Waterline height adjustment

The optimal height of the waterline is important for the growth of poultry (too low and too high will not be conducive to the growth of poultry)

When the chicks are drinking water, the angle between the chicken back and the ground is 35-45°. As the chicken grows, the angle between the chicken back and the ground is about 75-85° when drinking water.


2, What is the height of the water level in the regulator at different times?

For 1-7 day old chickens, the regulator shows that the water level of the tube is 100-150mm; for 8-14 day old chickens, the regulator shows that the water level of the tube is 150-200mm; for chickens of 15 days and older, the pressure is regulated. The height of the water level of the display tube is 250-400mm, and the height of the water level display tube in summer is appropriately adjusted: 30-50mm


3, Adjustment of water line main water pipeline pressure

The pressure of the main water pipeline should be 2-3kg/cm2 (0.20-0.30Mpa) when drinking water normally.


4, Flushing the waterline. How often should the waterline be flushed? How to rinse? How often does the water filter in front of the water line clean?

(1). The water pipe recoil must be recoiled every two days. It must be rinsed 2 hours after each dosing to prevent clogging of scale.

(2). When flushing, it must be flushed separately to observe the cleanliness of the water flushed from the water pipe. Generally more than 15 minutes.

(3). The front end of the waterline filter is cleaned and disinfected 2-3 times a week.


5, How to maintain the waterline after using one cycle?

Rinse with water and then dissolve the organics with acidifier, then rinse or add disinfectant (disable sodium hypochlorite, oxalic acid), rinse with water. When empty or when it is not used for several days, the regulator screw should be turned back to the height of the water column of the display tube to be 0, so that the internal compression spring is in a relaxed state to prolong the service life.
