According to the different materials, the floor can be divided into: cement floor, cast iron floor, plastic floor, BMC composite floor, steel mesh, steel mesh, steel mesh and so on.
1. Plastic leaking floor
The plastic floor is made of high-strength engineering plastics and is moderately priced.
The main advantages are: smooth surface, soft texture, no damage to the pig's limbs, low thermal conductivity, comfortable lying, fast adaptation, low heat loss, high survival rate, etc.; also has corrosion resistance, acid and alkali, high strength High toughness and resistance to brittle fracture.
The disadvantage is that it can not be sterilized by flame and has poor bearing capacity. It is mainly used in suckling pigs or nursery pig houses and cannot be used in medium and large pigs. Engineering plastic septic floors are generally used in nursery floors or in conjunction with cast iron septic floors for childbirth, where cast iron floors are used in the sow lie area of the farrowing pen and plastic floors are used in the piglet activity area.
2, cast iron leaking floor
Cast iron leakage floor is made of ductile iron, and its quality is closely related to the casting process. When choosing cast iron floor, choose a manufacturer with good casting process.
Advantages: Good casting process can ensure the floor of leaking manure, smooth surface, good effect of leaking manure, no damage to pig's trotters, no nipples; strong anti-bearing capacity; durable, corrosion-resistant and long service life. The cast iron floor is required to be round and tidy.
Cast iron leakage floor is high in price, generally only used in the sow activity area of the delivery bar sow bed. The advantage is high strength, long service life, and good thermal conductivity, which is conducive to heat dissipation in the delivery room sow.
However, due to the fast heat conduction of cast iron floor, it is generally not recommended to use cast iron leakage board in the piglet activity area. First, the cost is greatly increased. Second, it is easy to cause piglets to suffer from cold diarrhea. There are also some pig farms used in the limit fence and fattening house, but the cost of the farm will increase significantly.
3, BMC composite material leaking floor
BMC composite material leakage floor (Fig. 2-5-3) is based on unsaturated resin, styrene, polystyrene, etc., light calcium carbonate as filler, steel bar as reinforcing rib, hot press forming by press.
The main advantages are: good flame retardancy, electrical insulation and mechanical strength, low thermal conductivity, good for pigs' heat preservation needs, smooth surface, good manure effect, easy to clean, anti-corrosion and pressure resistance, acid and alkali resistance, aging resistance It has the characteristics of long service life; in recent years, the surface of the composite material leakage board is designed to be anti-slip treatment, not to hurt the pig's trotters, and not to hurt the nipple; it is suitable for the nursery bed, the birthing bed, the pregnancy limit bed and the fattening pig bed.
BMC composite material leakage floor is easy to form a blunt on the joint surface of the yin and yang molds due to the use of mold press molding. The high quality leaking slabs have been treated with the smear before leaving the factory. Farmers use the sickle to go to the front, otherwise it may cause damage to the nipple of the sow and damage to the hoof of the pig, making the pig susceptible to Staphylococcus or Streptococcus.
4, cement slatted floor
The cement leakage floor is made of plastic or metal leakage board mold, and the steel mesh is poured into the cement to solidify.
Its main performances are: corrosion resistance, no deformation, smooth and durable surface, easy to rinse and disinfect.
The leakage effect of cement leakage floor is worse than that of plastic, cast iron and composite materials, but its manufacturing process is simple and the cost is low. It is mostly used for fattening pig pens or pregnancy limit bars.
5, steel slatted floor
According to the different processing techniques, the steel slatted floor can be divided into steel reinforced slag floor and steel bar to weld the floor.

The design of the sloping slab has a direct impact on the internal cleaning workload, sanitary conditions and the health of the herd. In production, we must pay enough attention to scientifically and rationally choose the leaking manure board. In addition to the material of the septic board, the gap width of the sloping floor is also a factor to be considered. Generally speaking, the larger the gap of the sloping board, the better the effect of the slag leakage, but the gap is too large, and the trotters are easily lost. For pigs of different weights, it is necessary to take a septic plate with a corresponding width gap. Generally, the gap width of the septic board is 22~25mm, the gap width of the production board is 10~12mm, the nursery pig is 12~15mm, the growing pig is 18~20mm, and the fattening pig is about 20~25mm.
